Terms

Starter operating terms for the Concert Crew MVP. Have counsel review before real paid launch.

Service

Concert Crew provides concert planning, crew coordination, savings tracking, reminders, ticket research, and ticket procurement support. Concert Crew is not a bank, escrow service, lender, credit card issuer, or money-transfer service.

Savings tracker

Savings tracker crews track their own goals. Members keep their own money and buy directly from ticket marketplaces or venue links. Concert Crew may earn affiliate compensation from some links.

Crew Plans

Crew Plans are service plans for ticket procurement and group coordination. Monthly plan payments are service plan payments. They are not loans, interest payments, finance charges, or credit-account payments.

Ticket details may stay locked until the plan is ready for release. Missed payments may pause access, require a revised plan, or allow Concert Crew to reassign or resell tickets under the Crew Plan Agreement.

Recurring Payments

Before payment setup, each member sees the first payment, monthly amount, plan term, estimated plan total, ticket release condition, and missed-payment rules. Members must affirmatively accept these terms before Stripe Checkout opens.

The first payment may include month one plus that member's share of the one-time start payment. Stripe Checkout shows payment details before setup is completed.

Cancellation, billing, ticket release, and support requests should be handled through Concert Crew support. Production launch should include a simple in-app cancellation and support path before live billing is enabled.

Ticket Access

Concert Crew may store release-safe ticket access details for a crew, including marketplace, transfer contact, seat labels, access instructions, and release notes. These details stay locked until the release step.
